1. Comfortable Clothes

It takes time to get to the airport and go through all the security processes before you can board your long flight. Because of this, you don’t want to spend an entire day in tight, formal, uncomfortable clothing. It can be very restrictive and it can cause stress and anxiety on top of all the small annoyances that come with a long haul flight. You can easily avoid this problem by wearing loose clothes in which you feel like you’re at home. It won’t restrict your blood flow when sitting for extended periods of time and you will be able to relax.

Bring any small items you can carry that can improve your time spent stuck in a chair. A travel pillow can make all the difference when attempting to get some shut-eye under those uncomfortable conditions. There isn’t much space on an airplane, but nonetheless, you need to take every opportunity to get up and move around. Sitting for a long stretch of time will only lead to fatigue and a bloated body. You don’t need to do much to avoid these issues. Just get up every now and then and walk up and down the aisle. Even walking to the bathroom is enough to fight off these unpleasant symptoms of sitting for too long.
