Compassion is part of human existence, so it is only natural to want to give to those in need whenever possible. Free Rice is simple and fun. You simply answer as many trivia questions as you’d like, choosing from subjects from vocab to math or humanities, and for every answer you get right, they donate 10 grains of rice through the World Food Programme. The questions aren’t very challenging, so it is easy to fly through a bunch of them and rack up an impressive donation for those struggling with hunger across the globe.

Care 2 makes things even easier, leading to numerous pages where you can simply click a button to donate to a cause. From rainforest preservation to breast cancer research, all it takes is one click a day to contribute.

3. FreeKibble.com

Free Kibble is similar to Free Rice, only this one donates – you guessed it – kibble to dogs in need. The bonus here is that they donate even if you do not answer correctly. Worried about kitties in need too? Don’t fret: there’s a Free Kibble Kat and Free Kibble Litter section of the site as well.

4. BrotherEarth.com

Brother Earth’s site allows users to choose from a variety of charitable causes, such as the preservation of activities of manta rays, conserving the Amazon rainforest, and reforestation of areas all across the world. Simply click on the cause to create a donation of roughly one cent, and continue to click as much as you’d click on the various causes. Every little bit adds up!

5. GreaterGood.com

Greater Good has a very large network of causes that are free to donate to via simply clicking the donation buttons. Whether your passion is helping Veterans, animals, the rainforest, or Alzheimer research, there is a subsection of Greater Good where you can give completely free, and in only seconds out of your day.
